  • Am I struggling to accept or “digest” something in my life?
  • Am I holding onto unexpressed anger, resentment, or frustration?
  • Am I suppressing my voice to avoid conflict?

The honest answer? Yes. I had experienced repeated situations where people had consistently been dishonest with me or treated me with disregard. Instead of expressing how deeply it hurt, I remained silent. I suppressed my voice, swallowed my truth, and tried to be the “peacekeeper” to avoid damaging my relationships with them.

But my body was speaking for me.

As I went deeper, I realised these repeated experiences were not just random or cruel. They were mirrors – reflecting my own unhealed beliefs and patterns:

  • I believed I had to keep the peace to be loved.
  • I feared being judged if I spoke up.
  • I thought I had to tolerate mistreatment to avoid conflict.

These were old programmes or limiting beliefs I had unknowingly carried, and my body, in its wisdom, was finally calling me to release them.

How I Healed Using Mind-Body-Spirit Healing Modality Process

Once I understood the root cause of my reflux, I began using simple but powerful mind-body-spirit tools to support my healing. My healing journey wasn’t just about managing symptoms – it was about honouring my truth on all levels. Here’s what helped me transform:

1. Emotional Release

I used EFT tapping to clear the emotional charge of past betrayals and give voice to the anger, resentment and sadness I had suppressed. I allowed myself to feel what I hadn’t felt safe to feel before.
